You will need to set up an appointment if applying for the first time.   Make sure you bring the following documents:

  1. Birth Certificate  and Social Security card for all house members

  2. Pay stubs – one month

  3. Rent receipt  or copy of mortgage

  4. Photo ID

  5. Current Heating and Electric bill.
